Weighing over 35 tonnes and having up to 5 axles the huge concrete pumps produced by Powercrete have always presented a challenge when it came time to paint or refurbish.



Now the trucks or the individual booms can be craned into position and have the coatings applied.



Each of these boom sections can weigh over 1 tonne so to deliver into an old style spray booth would have required great modification to the factory including train tracks or the like.



Now each item can be simply delivered into the area in front of the booth and then have the canopy drawn around in seconds.



The new Rekoil Spray Booth was custom made to suit the factory coming in at 5.1 metres high  by 7 metres wide x 16.5 long.

This was to maximize height for the trucks yet stay under the overhead crane travel.
